Spare Time is an affordable retreat for artists to produce and share new works, to rent on a weekly basis.

Private live/work 600 sg ft. studio, lots of light, with private entrance at Leeway. in Sharon Springs, NY (40 minutes west of Albany)
For individual artists:
$600 week with shared kitchen/bath
$800 week with private kitchen/bath
For couples:
$900 week with private kitchen/bath
pets possible – we have to talk!
Furnished with double bed, work tables, chairs, lighting
Available: some basic tools, ladder
Use of: outdoor deck, outdoor shower, barbecue, huge parking lot & lawn for outdoor work
No landline telephone, no laundry (laundromats in Sharon Springs, Cobleskill, Cooperstown)
