Spare Time is an affordable retreat for artists to produce and share new works, to rent on a weekly basis.
Private live/work 600 sg ft. studio, lots of light, with private entrance at Leeway. in Sharon Springs, NY (40 minutes west of Albany)
For individual artists (only solo, no couples or families, pets possible upon conversation)
$600 week with shared kitchen/bath
$800 week with private kitchen/bath
Furnished with single bed, work tables, chairs, lighting
Available: some basic tools, ladder
Use of: outdoor deck, outdoor shower, barbecue, huge parking lot & lawn for outdoor work
No landline telephone, no laundry (laundromats 15 mins away in Cobleskill)
No WiFi (a phone hotspot works well, public library offers free connection)
A car is recommended
Handicap accessible
Sat check-in 2pm
Sat check-out 11am
